Have you ever wondered how much agencies charge to provide a sign language interpreter? Ever thought to yourself 'Is it actually cheaper to book interpreters directly?' Have a look at this annonymous blog which shows results from a mystery shopping excerise carried out down south. Here you can see the fees that some agencies are charging. Book direct and save ££'s.

Ray has been given the once in a lifetime opportunity to work alongside various d/Deaf Games Makers that were/are volunteering during the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games. Ray says 'It has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life, being able to witness the Games in our home country and on top of that be given the opportunity to be involved myself is just amazing and makes me proud to be British!' Equal access is one of Ray's passions and being able to play his part in ensuring d/Deaf people are given the opportunity to partake as Games Makers is something that makes him proud to do the job he does! Please take a look at the Photo Gallery for some pictures from Rays time down in London!
